Systemic and individual racism continues to rear its ugly head in America. The scale of micro- and macro-aggressions that BIPOC endure on a daily basis is unconscionable. None of us can close our eyes; it’s everyone’s issue until the world changes. We’re taking time to reflect on how our agency can make meaningful progress against racism.
In the meantime, we want to amplify Black voices in our industry which warrant more attention than JUST.
